On December 2nd, our founder Maurits Montañez participated in UNESCO’s World Futures Day 2025 at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. As the Associate Director of Strategic Design and Management at Parsons Paris, Maurits facilitated the session titled Futures Literacy in Art and Design Higher Education: Student Voices.
Last week, Manuvo had the honor of participating in People Who Add Up – Math Learning for All, an international immersion program held at Stanford University. Organized by the Fundação Lemann, Instituto Reúna, and the Lemann Center at Stanford, the event brought together over 60 influential Brazilian leaders, including state secretaries of education and CEOs of major foundations to catalyze a profound transformation in mathematics education.
Today, we launched our first Futures Design Accelerator, a flagship eight-week program designed to help purpose-driven entrepreneurs bridge the gap between visionary thinking and sustainable business. This inaugural cohort brings together a diverse group of cultural and creative professionals from across the globe—including Brazil, Spain, Turkey, UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, Netherlands, Australia, China, Peru, Colombia, Ireland, Argentina, Armenia, Portugal, and Morocco—all focused on balancing profit with profound social impact.
